In what is probably the most honorable thing we’ve ever seen a Hollywood actor do, this past weekend Charlie Hunnam (Jackson “Jax” Teller, Sons of Anarchy) spent the entire weekend back in Houston, TX – this time for Comicpalooza – which we have dubbed the Space City Comic Con do-over. He promised fans he would make it up to them, after many at the Space City Comic Con were unable to have their VIP tickets honored and missed out on their big chance to meet him – and he more than kept his promise at Comicpalooza!
He made former Space City Comic Con ticket holders royalty – he honored the Sons of Anarchy VIP ticket holders from Space City Comic Con by giving them free autographs. Those people also got a free adult, 3-day pass to Comicpalooza. Charlie is seriously one hell of a guy. The event was be held at the George R. Brown Convention Center, at 1001 Avenida de las Americas, in downtown Houston. Comicpalooza is Texas’s largest comic and pop culture event.
Comicpalooza even reported that Charlie put off a public Q&A session so that he could commit more one-on-one time with his fans!
Check out photos and video of Charlie meeting and greeting with Comicpalooza goers below, and tell us in the comments how moved you are by Charlie’s actions! Aren’t you just blow away at how distinguished and respectable he is? Did you get to meet him at Comicpalooza as well?
Charlie reassure’s a woman’s husband that she will, in fact, be returning home after meeting him:
