*SPOILER ALERT* This post contains MAJOR spoilers from the Sons of Anarchy series. Read this post at your own risk!*
Abel Teller (Evan/Ryder Londo) went through more in his short life on Sons of Anarchy than most of us have been through in our entire adult lives. Born to a junkie mother (Wendy Case, Drea De Matteo) and an at-first absentee father (Jackson “Jax” Teller, Charlie Hunnam), Abel only had a 20% chance of survival at birth. He was born with the Teller genetic heart defect, and against the odds, pushed through and survived.
When he was just a baby, in Season 2 of Sons of Anarchy, he was kidnapped and given to a strange family, who were later killed at the hands of the Real IRA and SAMBEL MC charter. He was used as a pawn to control Jax and SAMCRO, and was almost gone forever. At just four to five years old, Abel has experienced damaging emotional and mental trauma, which has forced him to harm himself to get Gemma (Teller-Morrow, Katey Sagal) in trouble, among other serious things.
Check out the tribute below, and tell us in the comments how bad you feel for little Abel Teller. Do you think he has a future in SAMCRO or do you think Jax made the right choice by sending him away with Nero (Padilla, Jimmy Smits) and Wendy? What kind of life do you imagine him having now that Sons of Anarchy has concluded?
