Come July 2016, HBO is releasing a new TV series that will feature a familiar face to many of us. Sons of Anarchy star Walton Goggins (Vincent “Venus” Van Dam) will portray Lee Russell in ‘Vice Principals‘, a conniving politician who serves as the vice principal of curriculum at Lincoln High School. ‘Vice Principals‘, slated as an American Television Comedy Series, promises lots of laughs and a skewed story line.

HBO first ordered the series in May 2014, and filming began shortly thereafter in 2015. So far, the show has an 18 episode pick-up, and is set to premiere on HBO Networks on July 17, 2016. Other cast members who will star alongside Walton Goggins include Danny McBride as Neal Gamby, Georgia King as Amanda Snodgrass, Busy Philipps as Gale Liptrapp, Kimberly Herbert Gregory as Dr. Belinda Brown, Shea Whigham as Ray Liptrapp, and Sheaun McKinney as Daysahwn – all staff members of the school, as well as pivotal story line characters.

Check out the teaser trailer for ‘Vice Principals‘ below, which features a hilariously flamboyant Walton Goggins, and tell us in the comments if you’ll be tuning into HBO on July 17, 2016 to watch the show! Are you excited to see Walton in another incredibly promising┬áTV┬árole?
