Charlie Hunnam (Jackson “Jax” Teller, Sons of Anarchy) works hard, and believe us when we say that he more than deserves the $2.7 million dollar vintage home he just bought in Hollywood Hills, CA.
The home, nestled in the Outpost Estates area of Hollywood Hills, was previously owned and renovated by musician Tony Clearwater, and boasts a moderate 3,200+ SQFT. The home’s style is known as “mission-revival”, with its vaulted ceilings and exposed beams, arched doors, and Spanish tile on the floors.
Built in the 1920’s by Charles E. Toberman, the home has 2 stories, with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. So if we ever get the chance to go visit Charlie, we’ll have to take turns, but he has more than enough room for guests! The kitchen is one of the most beautiful we’ve seen, with a tasteful tile backsplash, dark wood cabinetry, and a cute island with pendant lighting.
Check out photos of Charlie’s new gorgeous home below! According to the Multiple Listing Service, the home was sold by Skyler Hynes and Tyson Rocco Pelanconi of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, while Nick Segal and Rock Ojeda of Partners Trust Beverly Hills represented Charlie in the purchase. Tell us in the comments how beautiful you think Charlie’s new home is!
