King Arthur: Knights of The Round Table Release Date Pushed Back

It’s sad news for Charlie Hunnam (Jackson “Jax” Teller, Sons of Anarchy) fans, as the release date for Guy Ritchie’s King Arthur: Knights of The Round Table has been pushed back. The film, starring the gorgeous British actor, was supposed to have debuted on July 22 of 2016 – now sources say it won’t be seen in theaters until February 17 of 2017.

While we’re unsure of why Warner Bros studios has delayed the release of the film, we do know that the new date of the movie’s arrival will place it in stiff competition at the box office against Sony’s “Bad Boys 3″ and Twentieth Century Fox’s “Maze Runner: The Death Cure” come Presidents Day Weekend 2017. Warner Bros has moved a horror film, “Lights Out” into the July 22, 2015 slot to replace King Arthur.

AOL Videos announced the news earlier last week, and we’ve brought the announcement to you exclusively, right here on SOA Fanatic. Check it out, and tell us in the comments how you’re feeling about the news. Are you sad that you’ll now have to wait an extra seven months to see Charlie Hunnam as King Arthur?
