Sons of Anarchy fans haven’t ever been quiet about what they want, and trust us when we say, it’s not a bad thing. Recently, fans have been pushing to see Charlie Hunnam (Jackson “Jax” Teller, Sons of Anarchy), make an appearance on executive producer Kurt Sutter’s new FX drama, The Bastard Executioner. The show currently stars Sons of Anarchy alums, Katey Sagal (Gemma Teller-Morrow, SOA/Annora of The Elders, TBX) and Timothy V. Murphy (Galen O’Shay, SOA/Father Ruskin, TBX).

Sutter, when asked by Entertainment Weekly about the potential for Hunnam to surface in the TBX world, revealed that the popular actor will be too busy working other projects. As we know, Hunnam just finished filming for Crimson Peak, and continues to film for King Arthur: Knights of The Round Table, as well as Lost City of Z. Sutter said in the interview, “Charlie really wants to come and do, like, a little arc, but he’s sort of booked solid for the next three years, so I don’t know if that’ll happen…”.

Allegedly, Sutter sounded disappointed that there may be no Charlie Hunnam in TBX, and we’re in total agreement with him on that one! Check out this gallery of Charlie Hunnam’s major roles, vote for which one is your all-time favorite, or least favorite, and tell us in the comments if you’d love to see him add a TBX role to his resume!
